1. Introduction
Revolute is a digital ticketing platform that enables event organizers to list, promote, and sell tickets to their events. By using this platform, both customers (ticket buyers) and organizers agree to the terms outlined below.
Revolute acts solely as a ticketing technology provider, not as the event host, unless explicitly stated and officially branded by Revolute.
2. Scope of Responsibility
✔ 2.1 Revolute Is Not the Event Host
Unless explicitly stated in writing on an event listing, Revolute does not host, sponsor, manage, or operate the events displayed on the platform.
Questions relating to: Event schedule changes, Performers, Venue changes, Refunds, Entry restrictions must be directed to the event organizer—not Revolute.
3. Payments & Financial Responsibility
✔ 3.1 Payment Routing
All payments made through Revolute for event tickets are processed and transferred directly to the UPI or payment account provided by the event organizer.
Revolute does not hold the funds, does not collect commissions unless stated, and does not verify payment beyond receipt upload.
